If you suspect you have coronavirus please DO NOT ENTER the clinic. Call us on 5981 8555 to discuss appropriate assessment.
We are a vaccinating centre for COVID-19. The vaccines are administered mid week on an appointment basis for anyone 5 years and above. We have both the Pfizer vaccine and the Astra Zeneca vaccine. If you wish to discuss COVID or the vaccines themselves please book a separate appointment with your regular Doctor.
Please download the covid vaccine consent form below, complete and bring with you on the day of your appointment. Appointments can be made by contacting our reception staff on 5981 8555 or online via the “Book Appointment” button in the top right of this website (please select the relevant COVID Vaccine Appointment type when booking online). If you arrive late to your appointment you will miss your vaccination and be rescheduled to another day.
When to get a COVID-19 booster dose?
You are eligible for a booster dose (3rd dose) if it has been 3 months or longer since your second dose of COVID-19 vaccine and you are 18 years and older.
You are eligible a second booster dose (4th dose) if you are 65 years and older or medically at risk, and if it has been 4 monoths or longer since your first booster dose.
You can book an appointment for your booster online or call us on 5981 8555.
Booster doses are not mandatory, however they are recommended to maintain immunity against COVID-19.
Children 5 to 12 years.
We are now taking appointments for the children aged 5 to 12 years. Before your appointment, please prepare your child for the vaccine as much as possible and if any concerns or you wish to discuss the vaccines further please book a separate appointment with your regular doctor beforehand. We also require the child to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for both doses and if the child could be accompanied by only 1 parent for the vaccination appointment to help with density limits inside the clinic.
Find below the Covid Vaccine Consent Forms - please select the appropriate one for you.
Lets all keep safe and reduce the risk of transmission.
Phone consultations can occur for any existing patients with any cold/flu symptoms or patients who are in isolation, to help our local community to better manage the coronavirus pandemic. These measures are aimed at protecting high risk patients (elderly, those with chronic disease, or immunosuppressed).
Consultations for any other matters (eg, non-respiratory infections, fractures, lacerations, mental health) will continue as per normal in person in the clinic.
Masks are mandatory in the clinic. This is currently a legal requirement in the State of Victoria.
